Shipping

We ship via USPS within a day or two of receiving your order.

Please be sure to add your phone number and email address to your order. We we only call or email, if there is a problem. We have received emails that do not work and addresses that USPS will not accept.

Return Policies

Returns are accepted for IN STORE OR ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.

Sale items, holiday, beauty product and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. If any of these items are returned,  they will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.

All textile merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have any stains or odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

All clothing merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, please call 620-290-3003 for further assistance.

Please keep in mind that we only process returns Tuesday-Friday.

Special Orders 

If one of our items says SOLD OUT, and you would like one, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 620-290-3003 and we'll see if we can special order that item in for you. Special orders will require paying full amount before we place the order. There are no returns on special order items, as WE ordered them just for you! We are more than happy to special order any items carried by any of our vendors for you.
