Shipping & returns

Items returned are eligible for exchange or store credit only. 

All Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt (excluding sale items). This for in store purchases.

Online purchases must returned within 3 days after being delivered.

Items damaged can not be returned (including items damaged during shipping).

Items damaged during shipping must reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Photos also must be emailed to [email protected] for proof. Once we receive that email we'll see about how to handle the situation. We don't send out replacements for damaged items since we may not have one. If we do have more of that item you'll need to make another order. 

Shipping for the returned product will be paid for by the customer. Only the product cost will be refunded.  No Shipping Cost Will Be Refunded. If any of the items returned get damaged during shipping you will not be refunded for those items as well.
